Cancellations by the Guest

• 48‑hour cancellations — Full refund for any booking cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time. Minus Booking Fee

• 24–48 hours — 50% refund. Minus Booking Fee

• Less than 24 hours — Non‑refundable, as the vehicle and driver have already been reserved for your group.

• No‑shows — No refund.

Weather, Road Closures & Ferry Disruptions

Manitoulin weather can change quickly.

• If we cancel due to unsafe conditions, ferry cancellations, or road closures, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• If the guest chooses to cancel due to weather but the tour is still operating safely, the standard cancellation policy applies.

Multi‑Hour Chauffeur Bookings & Events

For weddings, events, and full‑day chauffeur services:

• A 25% deposit is required to secure the date.

• Deposits are non‑refundable but transferable to another date within 12 months (subject to availability).

• Final payment is due 7 days before the event.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non‑refundable.

Late Arrivals

• Your driver will wait up to 30 minutes at no charge.

• After 30 minutes, waiting time fees apply at your hourly rate.

• If the guest does not arrive within 60 minutes, the booking is considered a no‑show.

Pet‑Friendly Bookings

• Pet‑friendly rides include a small cleaning fee.

• If a guest cancels a pet‑friendly booking, the cleaning fee is refunded unless the driver has already arrived.

Guide Add‑Ons

• local guide services are non‑refundable once planning has begun.

• If the tour itself is cancelled under the refund rules above, only the tour portion is refunded.

How Refunds Are Issued

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
